what the problem with my laptop?
hi, my laptop is not charging, I bought my laptop in spain and i brought it here to the USA and is not charging i bought an american plug to charge my laptop and what it only does is just having mmy laptop on power, but is not charging. do you know why? can you help me??

you might need more then just a plug, like an adapter or a volt changer

Try to unplug then plug it in again or buy a new charger or buy a new battery.

You will probably need an adapter to change the current input from Europe to US

sounds like the battery has had failed if it works on mains power but just doesn't hold a charge
