If I travelled to Spain, am I entitled to duty-free?
Im travelling to Spain out of Heathrow and I was wondering whether I am allowed a buy a laptop duty-free from Heathrow? If that's not allowed, can I buy it from there duty-free?

yes spain is an eu country

No, your final destination has to be outside of the EU in order to shop duty free. Norway and Switzerland have nice dutyfree shops.
