Do Laptop Bags count as hand luggage?
Travelling to Spain soon an I'm flyin with MONARCH AIRWAYS. i plan on taking my hand luggage onto the plane (purse, camera phone etc) and then my laptop in it's own laptop bag is this allowed? because technically that would mean i have two bags!

No - it's a personal bag. Woman can carry a purse, guys a laptop. Plus you usually have one carry-on bag.

Don't worry, hand luggage can be from 5-10 kg (varying on every airline), and woman's handbags/purses aren't considered to be hand luggage! Your laptop bag will be the one counted
