If I use the proper adaptor, is it ok to charge my U.S. purchased laptop in Spain?
The ac adaptor that came with the laptop says from 100-240 volts. Is there anything else I need to change on the laptop for it to work?

it will work, i had one in Iraq, worked fine.
Answer 2 :
Look carefully at the charger/adaptor. Most laptops are now able to operate at 110V to 240V 50Hz/60Hz. This will be printed on the adaptor. If not, a voltage converter will be neccessary. If you need one, check the wattage requirement on the adaptor and use a transformer step up, NOT an electronic one.

I just returned from Spain yesterday. I was able to use my US-purchased laptop there with the use of an international adaptor. The adaptor you mention appears to be a universal one for voltage so it should be okay to use in Spain. There is nothing else you need to change on the laptop. However, you need to check your prongs because the outlets in Spain (and in Europe) require rounded prongs instead of the flat ones for the USA.
Answer 5 :
i think it will work
