How do I change the language of an XP laptop?
I have a laptop that I'm planning to ship overseas to a relative of mine in Spain, and I was wondering if it's possible to switch the language to Spanish. The laptop is a Dell running Windows XP home.

you can not do it! Buy a Spanish license.. I know this sounds stupid but this is microsoft policy!

Its called a language pack, you can download at microsoft site, it should be a large file at my thinking
